Below is information for After School Workouts with Strength Coach, Mr. Watson. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mr. Watson or your team's Head Coach: 8/7-8/24: 3 days per week after school. No limited contact for winter and spring sports. Monday 2:45-3:45 pm for game speed work, Wednesday 2:10-3:10 pm for game speed, and Thursday 2:45-3:45 pm for supplemental lower body strength/power training. 8/28-10/14: 2 days a week after school. Limited contact period is open for winter and spring sports. Monday 2:45-3:45 pm for supplemental lower body strength/power training and Wednesday from 2:10-3:10 pm for game speed. 10/16-12/1: 3 days per week after school. No limited contact for fall and spring sports. Monday 2:45-3:45 pm for game speed work, Wednesday 2:10-3:10 pm for game speed, and Thursday 2:45-3:45 pm for supplemental lower body strength/power training. 12/4-2/3: 2 days a week after school. Limited contact period is open for fall and spring sports. Monday 2:45-3:45 pm for supplemental lower body strength/power training and Wednesday from 2:10-3:10 pm for game speed. 2/5-3/29: 3 days per week after school. No limited contact for fall and spring sports. Monday 2:45-3:45 pm for game speed work, Wednesday 2:10-3:10 pm for game speed, and Thursday 2:45-3:45 pm for supplemental lower body strength/power training. 4/1-End of the school year (limited contact period ends for all sports on 5/11): 2 days a week after school.
